A beautiful family experience! We did two tours Peulla and Chiloe-Dalcahue. Start with the transport is very punctual, comfortable and safe, the places visited very cute with very prepared and close guides to answer any questions especially Nelly our chilote guide. What a beautiful day, everything super well organized by the team of Turistour, (despite the complexity of the task with people going / returning from Bariloche, Puella, mini-excursions on site etc etc). Petrohue Falls is very nice, the lago Todos los Santos is beautiful and the meal at Hotel Natura a Peulla was really good. Many thanks to all the guides, drivers, waiters and other staff.

On 05/04/25 our hotel hostess in Ensenada obtained confirmation via WA of our reservation to cross Catamaran All Saints Lake by 10:00 AM on 06/04/25, whose weather report was sunny all day. My wife and I arrived at the dock early, getting the surprise that they had set sail at 9:15 without warning our hostess. I asked for the WA number of the company and made a claim to which they only replied to travel another day. I booked again and asked what the 4x4 tour consisted of and also if it included lunch, but they never responded. We made the journey with a cloudy day losing sight of volcanoes. Upon arrival in Peulla I lined up to pay 58,000 and was informed that lunch was not included, so I paid an additional 60,940 for 2 more drinks. Nothing was told of another charge and we made the return with cloudy skies. Upon arriving at the hotel in our own vehicle, our hostess had received numerous WAs stating that she owed them an additional 46,000. I went from Ensenada to the company’s office in Puerto Varas and asked to speak to the manager, which I was denied, pointing out that she only works in the mornings. I got tired of complaining and the only response received was “no customer goes without paying us”. As I was, embarrassed by the inconvenience to my hostess I ended up paying another 56,000 pesos.

The setting of the tour to Villa Peulla is something out of the movie scene. The view of Lake Todos los Santos on an open day is a breathtaking one. You can observe the volcanoes Osorno, Calbuco and Pontiagudo. Arriving in Peulla doesn’t even seem real, the encounter between the green blue of the lake, the Andes mountain range and a small village in an almost completely preserved location. A few things to note: the catamaran is stable and comfortable, with cafeteria on board (salty prices). The "safari" tour (about R$150) in my opinion pays too much! You explore the village, have the opportunity to feed the animals (alpha, goat, sheep, goat, donkey...) and navigate through a lagoon of green waters lost in the midst of the Andean vastness. However, if you make this tour, he leaves as soon as the catamaran arrives in the village, around midday. Then your hunger will have to wait (I recommend taking snacks). The hotel is beautiful, but the lunch has a high value (about R$150 per person when we went and some people who had lunch there did not like it). We were indicated the restaurant and bar of the hotel next door, the oldest, about 300 meters from the hotel where for the excursion. There is snack options and pizza for much more affordable prices and the pizza was great, as well as very friendly service. The tour is an excellent option to the Andean Cruise, it is literally a stretch of the cruise, and makes 90% of the complete Chilean cruise itinerary. While the Cruce was worth almost R$1700 and requested a night in Bariloche to return to Puerto Varas, we made this tour for R$175, with return and return on the same day. You'll have a total of 4 hours on the island, it seems a lot, but it's not. Only the safari takes almost 2 hours. Enjoy every second and every view of this incredibly beautiful place. These images will never come out of your mind. In addition to the price of lunch and few options to eat, I have 3 points to improve: the safari zoo part, which is amazing, only lasts 15 minutes. It seems to me an unnecessary savings of time and remains that feeling of "to have to run." The stop at Saltos Petrohué is also very fast (30 minutes) and if you really want to know and appreciate the beauty of this tourist spot, I recommend you not pay the entrance and leave to come back another day with more time. Enjoy a coffee in the cafeteria and check out the shops. Finally, the agency meeting point was not so friendly, it was too early, there was no bathroom available and we had a problem with the reservation (which was resolved without major complications).

This was a two-hour catamaran trip across the lake, landing at Puella. THere we took an additionsal/ optional photo safar in a 4x4 vehicle up into the country av=bove, visiting a farm/ zoo (featuring a llama, rheas, ostriches, boars, wild-fowl, goats, deer etc), then onto another lake and a short cruise in a much smaller craft amongst the reed beds. VEry beautiful, very tranquil. Then back to the hotel for an excellent 3-course buffet-based lunch. Slow walk downhill along the trail to pick up the return catamaran at the dock - more sailing and more scenery. Beautiful.

The only reservation I make is that the time in Petrohue was short, but seeing the dynamics of the day, I think it could not be very different... Maybe visiting Petrohue at the end of the tour and not at the beginning, to catch the sunlight with a more beautiful incidence in the waters, might be a good idea. Anyway, it was an excellent day, the places visited were too beautiful, the transportation well organized and the navigation, very quiet and safe.

I went with my partner and it is very nice the volcanoes, the rivers, tiresome sailing by hair is long of 1hr 45min, just have tolerance with coordination as we changed 3 times the pickup point, in the first instance they offered the pickup from the hotel and when we had already paid they changed it, we had to walk 3 blocks to get on the bus. It was the only tour that did not pick us up at the hotel (round trip).

Top-rated... very good didactic attention entertaining friendly with my kids who are 3.. twins of 6 and another child of 9.

We visited Peulla with accommodation at the Hotel Natura, all the staff were very friendly, very welcoming the hotel, our warm room, we toured Paulla and its trails in the afternoon when we arrived, the hotel has new menu to eat accessible at other prices, we took the tour the next day to Lake Frias (Argentina) we touched a beautiful day between forest, snow and a lot of sun, thank you for the good vibe and the accompaniment of Benjamin the Guide, and also to the Travel agent Nelly who through it made the management to take the trip, very attentive and super clear in the information. Peulla is beautiful.
