Review of Adi Tours - Nuba Flower Tours, Egypt - POOR
Our experience with Adi Tours - Nuba Flower Tours in Egypt was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Unfortunately, we faced several issues that made our trip far from enjoyable.
1. Poor Accommodation. RecommendationOne of the most troubling aspects was their recommendation of the Desert Moon Hotel in Giza. This hotel was substandard and did not meet even basic expectations. The facilities were poor, cleanliness was questionable, and the overall condition was far below what one would expect. Shockingly, we were charged rates comparable to a star-rated hotel, which felt completely unjustified. This indicated either a lack of transparency or a deliberate attempt to mislead clients.
2. Inconsistent Services. The inconsistency in their service delivery was another significant concern. While we were promised certain amenities such as lunch and bottled water throughout our excursions, these were inconsistently provided. On multiple occasions, we found ourselves without the essentials that were part of the package we had paid for. This not only caused inconvenience but also left us feeling shortchanged.
3. Unprofessional Behavior Perhaps the most distressing part of our experience was the attitude and behavior of the tour representative. When we raised concerns about the discrepancies and inadequate services, his response was evading and blaming on us informing that those things are not on the list. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, he resorted to take care of ourselves , which left us feeling unsafe and deeply disappointed.
ConclusionBased on our experience, we strongly advise travelers to be cautious when considering Adi Tours - Nuba Flower Tours. The lack of transparency, poor service consistency, and unacceptable behavior from the representative made this a regrettable experience. We felt deceived and strongly recommend exploring alternative tour operators to ensure a safer, more enjoyable, and hassle-free trip to Egypt.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we believe it is important to clarify a few points for accuracy and transparency.
1. Accommodation Choice & Pricing: You were offered a free hotel night and an upgraded accommodation, with only the price difference to be covered by you. You chose the Desert Moon Hotel based on its affordability. Comparing its cost to a star-rated hotel is misleading, as pricing is always based on market rates. We provided
complete transparency in all recommendations.
2. Service Delivery: Every service promised was provided on time and professionally. Lunch and bottled water were included as per the itinerary, and there was no instance where essentials were missing. If additional services were expected beyond what was agreed upon, that was not part of our arrangement.
3. Professionalism: Our team addressed every concern professionally and ensured that your tour went smoothly. Your claim of evasion and neglect is unfounded. In reality, no other tour company would accommodate your extra requests at no charge. Despite this, we went beyond our obligations to ensure you had a great trip.
Finally, in response to your request for additional compensation, we offered a one-time resolution of just $100—an unheard-of offer in the industry. If our services were as poor as you claim, you wouldn’t have negotiated for a deal, nor would we have tried to resolve things fairly.
We always value feedback, but we also stand by the integrity of our services and our commitment to providing quality experiences.
Best regards,
Ahmed Adel

Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis & Saqqara tour with Lunch
I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Adel's Nuba Flower Tours for an unforgettable experience during my recent trip! 🙌
From the very beginning, the hotel pick-up was flawlessly organized by Mr. Wael (affectionately known as Mr. Tito) and our driver. Both were incredibly polite and provided us with insightful information about the locations we were about to explore. 🚖✨
Our adventure began in the Mphasis area, followed by a visit to the stunning step pyramids at Sakkara. I truly appreciated the ample time we had at each location, allowing us to soak in the history and beauty. 🏺⏳
We also had the chance to visit an authentic papyrus shop, where we learned about the fascinating manufacturing process. This was followed by a grand buffet lunch that was simply delightful! 🍽️😋
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly our visit to the Great Pyramids at Giza and the Sphinx. The detailed descriptions provided by our tour guide enriched our experience, and I’m grateful for the help of Mr. Tito in capturing those perfect photos with these iconic attractions! 📸🏜️
I highly recommend M/s Adi Nuba Flower Tours to anyone looking for a well-organized and enriching travel experience. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! 🌍❤️
