We had a wonderful experience on our Bilbao tour with Rafael! He was incredibly informative, kind, and easy to communicate with, and he was truly a pleasure to spend the day with. The tour was the perfect length, with plenty to see and do, and the food was excellent. Rafael went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had a memorable and enjoyable experience. We really appreciated his flexibility, knowledge, and warm personality. One note for future travelers: the San Juan de Gaztelugatxe portion was absolutely epic and one of the highlights of the tour, but it is quite a hike and may not be for everyone. Even if you don’t make it all the way down, the views are still absolutely beautiful and worth seeing. Highly recommend Rafael and this tour!

Who visits San Sebastian has to visit Bilbao. We went to ask the tourist office for information and they recommended this tour. The Inigo Guide was very friendly with us, the journey was very pleasant and showed us the best of Bilbao. We really enjoyed the experience. 100% recommended both the tour and the company.
