Train stations in China are enormous — and arriving in Chongqing for the first time with luggage can be quite daunting. What made all the difference was finding our driver already waiting for us right at the arrival area. No confusion, no searching — just a seamless transfer straight to the hotel. Punctual, professional, and very attentive. Excellent service.
