Our guide Ruslan picked us up right on time at our hotel. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Ruslan’s knowledge of the Apostle Paul, his journey and the history of Athens and Corinth was outstanding. He took us to many places in Athens and on the way to Corinth, showing archaeological sites and relating details of Paul’s missionary journey. It was amazing to see where Paul preached at Corinth. Our lunch stop was at a lovely restaurant near the fortress in ancient Corinth. The tour was not inexpensive, but we are so glad we booked it, and highly recommend requesting Ruslan as your guide. This experience was priceless. As a follower of Jesus Christ it was quite humbling to take just a few steps where the Apostle Paul walked, ministered and baptized. Our tour guide Dennis was very personable, knowledgeable and truly cared that we get the most out of this tour. Highly recommend for the theology, history and spiritual lessons.

Our guide/driver was exceptional from start to finish. He picked us up in Athens and took us on a perfectly paced, deeply informative day exploring Corinth and its surroundings. We stopped first at the impressive Corinth Canal, then visited the peaceful water’s-edge site associated with the early Christian baptisms. From there he led us through the ancient city of Corinth, sharing fascinating details about its history and significance. One of the highlights was learning about the beautiful mosaic discovered just 14 years ago during construction of a new church connected to the site of the Apostle Paul — a detail he explained with real passion and knowledge. He then drove us up the winding road to the castle at the top of the hill (Acrocorinth), where the views were spectacular. His restaurant recommendation up there was spot-on — the food was excellent and the setting perfect after the climb. Beyond the sights, he was an outstanding driver: smooth, careful, and confident on every road. His knowledge of both the ancient history and the biblical connections made the entire day come alive. We could not have asked for a better guide and driver. Highly recommended — this was one of the best tour experiences we’ve had!
