The excursion to the waterfalls is well worth it. You're picked up from the hotel around 8 in the morning and you're back around 7 in the afternoon. The organization team was there for what we needed. However, pay close attention to the guide. If you have already paid, do not pay again no matter how much it insists. Ask him to talk on the phone with the travel agent. Also, each of your guides goes to a partnered restaurant, however with this tour you are not forced to eat in a specific restaurant. I believe it is worth preferring them over the excursions from getyourguide, as you have a guarantee that they will protect you from small frauds.

Unforgettable Experience
Amazing people, tour guide was just such a gem and a rare type of human. Super helpful, flexible, spoke different languages and had this special energy.
They also had organised the RIAD we were staying in, it was so cozy, neat, a beautiful Moroccan styled 4 floor house. They even let us keep our bags there and stay the night for free until we caught our flight at 4am.

Ouzoud Cascades 100% recommended
We went to the Ouzoud Cascades with Rashid and it was the best experience ever! we could’ve not wished it to be more well organized and entertaining. The tour is very interesting and funny, with Rashid being extremely nice and engaging. We would 100% recommend.
