On time, helpful transferring luggage and in and out of vehicle. The driver is as polite and friendly.

Booked a private car , transfer from port to hotel. Driver reversed the transfer. Tried to pick us up at the hotel, not port. To remedy this, being over an hour later they sent a dirty beat up taxi with no ac. Could have booked the taxi for 1/3 the price. You dont get what you paid for, very deceiving company...Beware.

Driver communicated with me about their arrival time and was efficient in getting me to my destination.

I was sent a message at 8:30 asking to be picked up at 9:45. I declined and asked for my original scheduled time at 10:30. My driver stopped communicating with me and instead sent my information to a substitute taxi driver. I was expecting a private car and name signage at the terminal exit for pickup. It was difficult finding my driving, which made me very irritated. At my destination arrival, the taxi quoted the fare amount (which was nearly $30 cheaper than I paid your company). I would like to have a partial refund as I didn’t get the experience that I paid for.

The driver was very communicative which put us at ease. He was exactly where he said he would be and was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely use this company again.

Viator FAILED to provide adequate 3rd party service and charged 3x times. Vehicle did NOT match what was requested, was 10 minutes late, and emitted a horrible order. We just finished an cruise and had lots of luggage and vehicle requested was private shuttle and a local taxi(prius) showed up instead. Driver also took long route which took an additional 10 minutes and then did not drop us off at destination but across the street and down from hotel and we had lots of luggage. Viator refuses to compensate for this serious lack of providing reasonable service?
