They were not waiting for it when we got off the plane. Our pick up time was 2:30 PM, but they never even showed up until after three. I had to make numerous calls to try to figure out where they were at. Which cost extra for the phone service because it was international.
We were due to arrive on an international flight at 2.40pm so I booked a pickup for 3:30pm to allow time to get through immigration and baggage. We had been travelling internationally for over 24 hours, and I wanted an easy and safe transfer to our accommodation in case myself and my teenage daughter were jet-lagged. When we arrived a driver phoned us and asked us where we were and we were in immigration. He said to contact him when we got out. We were then contacted by a second driver. We were at the pick up spot at 4pm. No driver was there; however, many other drivers were waiting with signs for their customers. We eventually got met by a driver who was a standard taxi driver wearing t-shirt and jeans with no ID and the only verification we had that he was legitimate was that he took us to a taxi waiting area and had a wheelchair accessible van which was big enough for our luggage. There was no water and the van was not well air-conditioned. However, the transfer was successful and efficient. The driver was pleasant and competent.
Met us as planned with no problems even after our flight was delayed for more than an hour. Sign with our name made it easy to find Bilal our driver who was very accommodating and handled our luggage for four passengers. Easy and no worries. Highly recommend.

Our driver Umer contacted us shortly after we landed and we were glad that he had paid attention that we landed early. It took a little time for us to figure out where to meet, but once he found us, the transfer was very enjoyable. We appreciated a clean and comfortable ride to our hotel. I would have preferred to know in advance where to meet our driver and my attempt to contact the company went unanswered.
