Driver arrived at hotel ahead of scheduled pick up time, and took the initiative to come find us at the hotel lounge, which was on the third floor. Vehicle was what we expected/hoped for, which needed to accommodate the four of us travelers, plus 8 suitcases. Well Done!
I was a pleasure 😇. And thank you very much for your Coment . Team Taxibarcelonas 🫶🏾
Our pickup and drop off from the airport to the Airbnb was so well coordinated. We liked the driver so much so we booked our drop off to the cruise port the next day as well. Thank you so much!

Car was too small for 4 people with luggage! I had reserved a van and a taxi driver with a hatchback type vehicle showed up. One person had to hold a piece of luggage. Driver smelled and car was dirty and unsafe for 4 people. This was not acceptable and unusual for the service I have always gotten from Viator.
I am very grateful that you have written your explanation so long. Let me tell you that firstly you were not in Barcelona. You booked from outside. It is a village called Mangath and I found you there Even if the service is provided, if you still do it like this, we cannot do anything about it
Excellent!! Arrived a few minutes early. Very helpful with lots of luggage. Good Drive. Would gladly recommend
