When I book a trip with via tour we pay the price that is on the website.Yet 5 minutes before the trip the company that via tour used text me and said there was an extra charge of 50 percent of original booking fee.Not something I agree with yet had no choice to pay as needed to get to the airport
We would like to clarify that the additional fee you mentioned is clearly stated on the Viator booking page under the “What’s Not Included” section before completing the reservation. These charges apply to specific pickup areas and are transparently listed so travelers are aware of them in advance. After your message, we also sent you a screenshot from the Viator listing showing that this information was already displayed prior to booking. We always aim to keep all pricing transparent and clearly communicated through the platform to avoid any confusion for our guests. Thank you again for your feedback. — Bella Trips Team
