The dolphins are circled and chased by the boats, the tourists are rushed into the water to swim at high speed after the dolphins (which then dive into the depths according to the circumstances) just so that you have seen them. Totally unpleasant and without respect.
At the snorkeling stops, everything is also very hectic; you have to follow the "guide" and rush past the coral reefs. Overall only a 4-hour trip, instead of 7, because the boat left 2 hours late due to filling out lists.
People are smoking everywhere without any consideration.
Overall, not recommended☹️.
You should not support such an activity or providers that offer such an activity where the dolphins are treated without respect and without consideration!

Dolphin House is an open marine area visited by many boats operated by different companies. Bella Trips does not control the movements or behavior of other vessels in the area. The dolphins are wild animals in their natural habitat, and their location, appearance and behavior can never be controlled or guaranteed.
During snorkeling, guests are required to follow the guides’ instructions. This is essential for guest safety and for protecting the coral reefs and marine environment.
Regarding the duration of the excursion, the decision to return earlier was made due to the sea conditions on the day. Conditions at sea can change, and when this happens, safety must always take priority over maintaining the originally planned duration.
We would also like to clarify that this is a shared boat excursion, with guests from different bookings and operators on board. Individual passenger behavior, including smoking, is therefore not something Bella Trips can directly control.
We respect that every guest may have a different impression of an experience. However, we believe it is important to distinguish between the services provided by Bella Trips and circumstances related to sea conditions, other vessels in an open marine area, or individual passengers on a shared excursion.

Safety is a top priority. The dolphins are treated with respect
Great excursion. Friendly and thoughtful staff who are very helpful. Safety is a top priority. The dolphins are approached with respect and due caution. With the food (delicious!) and soft drinks included, a top price. Clean ship and two clean restrooms, large trash cans where nothing can fall back out. The sea and the reefs are simply fantastic.

Fantastic boat trip & dolphins!
We had an incredible time on the Dolphin House snorkeling cruise! The boat was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the food was really good. Even though it was a bit cold, the experience was absolutely fantastic.

We saw dolphins!
Loved this experience! The organisation and transport were easy, and the boat was nice. The crew and guides were fabulous! We saw dolphins and had a couple of opportunities to snorkel. Great value for money.

Beautiful
We had a really good time
The guys on the tour are fabulous, English speaking
Captain was great at catching dolphins
We did 2 really beautiful snorkeling stops!
Really good food even compared to our resort which has low quality despite 4 stars!
If we come to Hurghada we will return
