What a farce! The “tour guide” showed up late, gave us the bikes, didn’t introduce himself and said let’s go! We asked if he would show us how to operate the gears and he said don’t worry about it. We asked if helmets would be provided, and he said don’t worry, they are only bikes (he was wearing a helmet). As we weaved through traffic and went through red lights, he would occasionally stop and quickly say the name of the park we were at, etc, with a heavy accent and poor English, I couldn’t understand him. It was an extensive trip with some beautiful views, but we were very dissatisfied. Oh - the bathroom break at a connected rental location provided a dirty bathroom with no toilet paper, no soap, and no dryer or paper towels. Overall I would consider it a disaster, and would NEVER recommend this provider.

We had a smaller than usual group, it was just our family, three of us. Because if our group size, Billy, our tour guide, was able to personalize the experience for us a little bit. We signed up for the beaches and parks tour, which we saw, but Billy also introduced us to some of the Gothic and Born areas. We saw a ton! He was very helpful, friendly, and we had a great experience!
