Our driver, Stefanel-Catalin, was fantastic. He maintained great communication with us while we coordinated a meetup outside of baggage pickup at Heathrow. On the drive to our hotel he shared a lot of tidbits about the city and provided several recommendations of sites and restaurants. He was an excellent gentlemen and we were very happy with his services.

We booked Trust Transfers to take us in a private car from Heathrow to our hotel in London, and then from London to the cruise terminal in Southampton the next day. Both times the driver arrived promptly, helped with the bags, and was courteous. They gave us tour guide style information when we wanted it but did not chat when we wanted to stay quiet. The cars were clean and comfortable. My only caveat is that the drivers both used WhatsApp to call me when they were on their way to pick us up. Trust Transfers had not let me know that would be how they communicated in advance. My phone was on airplane mode when we arrived at Heathrow so I did not receive the voicemail via the WhatsApp app, which led to some anxious moments until we found the driver holding a sign with our name on it in the arrivals area. Be sure to download the app before you book this service.
