Excellent experience!! Our driver, Xu, arrived earlier than our 8:30 a.m. departure and sent me a WhatsApp message indicating he had arrived, provided his vehicle's color and license plate number. The ride was smooth and we were very satisfied with the experience. Thank you 😊

Professional and relaxed transfer between Kyoto and Osaka. Guided commentary on areas of interest were appreciated.
The driver missed the taxi lane entrance and then dropped us off in the middle of the busy street next to the train station. The 3 of us had to maneuver our 6 suitcases along the side of the street for about 20 feet, then cross a busy lane to get to the sidewalk. She should have driven around the block and entered the proper lane. Unbelievable!
Dear Guest,We are very sorry for your terrible experience. Our driver explained that the hotel’s drop‑off lane was fully occupied by taxis and marked “Taxis Only”, and the on‑site guard did not allow entry. The driver claims he communicated with you and you nodded in agreement before stopping very close by.Nevertheless, making you and your companions unload six suitcases onto a busy street is completely unacceptable. The driver should have driven around the block to find a safe spot.We have strongly warned the driver and reinforced our safety rules. Thank you for bringing this to our attention – we will do better.

A perfect experience. The driver was on time and texted me with where he was parked with a photo. This was very helpful because our hotel was in a complex and not easy to navigate. The vehicle was impeccable. It was a smooth and safe ride. Highly recommend.
Mr Liu was extremely professional, arrived early, good communication. Would definitely recommend as much easier to get private transfer between Kyoto and Osaka rather than lugging bags through train stations.
Excellent fuss free transfer with great communication. Travelling with family of 8 it just made much more sense to organise a private transfer, door to door. Would recommend to everyone.
