Maelle was FANTASTIC!!! My daughter and I LOVED her tour. It was AMAZING to hear the stories & history from a different (non-paternalistic) perspective. The tidbits of information she wove into the stories and tour was very enjoyable - elevating the lost women of history is incredibly important and this tour opens that door. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Our group of seven women learned so much on this tour! We saw meaningful sites ànd found our guide to be super informative and super kind.

Mael was an amazing guide. This was one of the last stops for us in Athens and anyone would benefit from having it sooner in your itinerary. We had already done the big sites and scarcely saw any information like Mael shared. Everyone knows that history, but this felt special and was totally missing from what we’d seen already. She brings back to life figures that have long been forgotten and adds contexts to the political history of Athens. Really engaging and a wonderful pace for me (expecting at 5 months). She also had great local recommendations which we took her up on and were not disappointed.

Tour very rich in information and interactive. Maëlle is a pedagogue, attentive to target our expectations, and has a very broad culture to adapt and enrich the tour she offers.

Very interesting and very personalized visit, on a theme too often discussed: the place of women in history! Maelle is a very pleasant guide, who knows her subject at her fingertips. We took advantage of his knowledge for 2 hours: it was incredible. A great start to our stay in Athens!

An excellent tour. My teenage daughters loved it as much as I did. Maelle is very friendly and easy to talk with and captivated us for two hours with her stories of women in Ancient Greece whilst walking and seeing some still very significant sights off the beaten track. Highly recommended.

This tour was one of our favorite parts of our trip! Maelle was an incredible tour guide, super engaging and helpful, the tour in itself is very interesting as it really sparks an interest and intrigue of how women moved in ancient times. We learned so much and days after the tour we kept on discussing the themes and the characters that we learned about. It’s a very special tour for those who want to learn a bit more of Ancient Greek life.
