トロギルは、歴史と魅力が見事に融合したことで知られるユネスコ世界遺産の町です。 2000年以上前に創設され、ギリシャ人、ローマ人、ヴェネツィア人が足跡を残してきた。 旧市街は小さな島の上にあり、橋で繋がっており、徒歩での探索に最適です。 狭い石造りの通り、隠れた中庭、小さな広場が、タイムスリップしたような特別な雰囲気を醸し出しています。 トロギルの中心部には、ラドヴァン師が彫刻した13世紀の扉で有名なセントローレンス大聖堂があります。 ヤシの木が並ぶウォーターフロントも見どころで、カフェやボート、カメルレンゴ要塞からは海や街の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。 コンパクトながら、トロギルは本当に忘れられない。
ディオクレティアヌス宮殿はスプリトの中心部であり、世界で最も注目すべきローマのモニュメントの1つです。 ローマ皇帝ディオクレティアヌスが隠居所として紀元後305年頃に建てた宮殿は、単一の建物というよりは小さな都市に近い。 その巨大な壁の中には、狭い通り、活気ある広場、何世紀もの歴史が重なり合う迷路があります。 見どころは、かつて儀式的な中庭であったペリスタイル、ディオクレティアヌスの霊廟であった聖ドムニウス大聖堂、地下のセラーなど、宮殿の本来の規模を感じられる場所です。 今日でも宮殿は健在で、店やカフェ、家々が軒を連ねている。 ローマ時代の過去とスプリットの日常が出会う、生きた歴史に足を踏み入れるような感覚です。

We were traveling on a Celebrity tour and were hesitant to take an activity outside the ship activities but we are so glad we took the excursion. The tour was in constant contact with us and gave clear instructions and met us just outside the ship. The vehicle was a brand new sprinter and we had Ivan as our tour director. Ivan was informative and made the tour interesting. We had an incredible time and we were so glad that we experienced this tour.
Our guide Mario M. was fantastic! The tour provides a great way to see and learn all about the the history of Trogir and the history of Split and Diocletian's Palace. Mario M. was a fantastic guide. He was engaging, friendly and personable, and was very informative talking about the sites we visited. We loved our time with Mario M. and can't say enough good things about this tour. If you are looking for something to do in Split, you should absolutely consider this tour for the value. So glad we did this tour. Fantastic!
Our guide Micaela was very attentive. She explained the history to us with knowledge so it was very interesting. The car a small VAN very comfortable and excellent driver
We ended up with a private tour. Silvio gave an amazing tour of Trogir and Split. The cities we busy, but we saw a great deal and had ample time to explore on our own.

Mario did a very good job guiding and accompanying us with good listening skills. The small group was ideal for enjoying it, and the van had good air conditioning!!!

Mario was great. We are in our 70’s and do not move as fast as younger people. Mario took the time and explained everything. I highly recommend him.

We had a great time on our Split and Trogir tour during our port day in Split, Croatia. Our tour guide, Judita, was excellent. She was very fun. She had a lot of fun facts and information about the area and really did a great job showing us the two locations. We had plenty of time in both locations and still had free time in Spilt to catch a meal, do some shopping or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this tour

The pick up was flawless. Our guide was the best of all of our excursions this trip. He was knowledgeable, clever, funny and most importantly, easy to understand. Trogir was a beautiful city and the highlights pointed out by our guide made us want to come back. Split was a great experience as well, despite or guide leaving us behind at the golden gate, we were easily able to rejoin the group with help of the company contacting him. He was able to return us to the ship so we didn’t have to make the long walk back
