Nazir our driver was attentive throughout the process as we were delayed and had long lines to get through customs. He waited patiently, the car was spotless and we got to our destination in a timely manner.

I paid for a MB E Class and the driver picked us up in a volks wagon. This was way over priced in my opinion. The driver was very nice.

Our driver was at the meeting point when we got out of the airport. He was great! Gave us info on Munich and told us where we could store our luggage at the train station. All good things to say!

Our driver Samir provided excellent customer service. He was waiting for us as we exited baggage claim at Munich Airport and helped us with our luggage. The vehicle was comfortable and the ride was smooth. Samir was professional and courteous.

Text had a text from the driver 5 minutes after getting through customs. He collected us right outside of the baggage area. Car was clean and there was water for us. He noticed that the main road had bad traffic so he took us on back roads. It was nice tour. Highly recommend

Great communication, great driver. Took a more scenic route to avoid traffic, which was beautiful and preferred, got to take in the fall colors. Would book again.
