Was not happy with this guy. He was 40 minutes late picking us up. I wouldn't use him. The driver said because the fairy was late he decided to pick up another fare before getting us. I know business is business but I don't expect a planned ahead fare to be less important then a last minute fare

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service. However, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the circumstances of your reservation.
Your original reservation was scheduled for a specific pickup time. You later changed your ferry/vessel, and the new arrival time was hours later than the time originally provided to us. At that point, we could have considered the reservation a no-show and cancelled it according to our policy, which states that after 30 minutes of waiting, the driver is permitted to leave.
Instead, in an effort to accommodate you and prevent you from losing your reservation and payment, we adjusted our schedule and made arrangements around your new arrival time. We also had other reservations and appointments that had been scheduled in advance, and we had an obligation to accommodate those guests as well.
It is therefore unfair to characterize the situation as us choosing a “last-minute fare” over a planned reservation. The change in circumstances was caused by the significant change to your arrival time, and we made an effort to accommodate you rather than simply cancelling the service under our policy.
We value our customers and always do our best to provide reliable and professional service. At the same time, we expect our customers to understand that significant changes to a confirmed pickup time can affect our schedule and our ability to accommodate other reservations.

Very reliable

Easy deal! We walked...
Easy deal! We walked off the ferry, and our driver was waiting with a sign with our name. Very informative driver who filled us in on historical and good tourist things we needed to know.

Was waiting right outside...
Was waiting right outside the airport for pick up. Was on time. Got us to our hotel and even coordinated with our hotel to make sure someone was there to get our bags. 5 star service

Very accommodating!
Great experience. Our ferry time kept changing and the transfer company was very accommodating with the last minute change. Our driver was waiting for us at the port with no issues. Would recommend!
