Wow! Hava and Holger were great hosts for a really enjoyable morning of cooking, eating and socializing. Hava is a passionate cook who led us through making Borek (filo pastry with meat and with cheese), Menemen (tomatoes and green peppers with eggs), and Havuc tarator (grated carrots with yoghurt and garlic). After the cooking we had brunch on the patio under the avocado trees of our creations and a dozen different homemade dishes from her fridge, including olives from their olive tree. All the while, Holger regaled us with anecdotes of life in Kemer. And lots of Turkish tea. (Do not make lunch plans. You will be full of wonderful food.)

Superb moment of conviviality and sharing while making böreks, all while talking about culture, cuisine, and many other things. This warm couple invited us to share a moment of life over a meal, teaching us many things and sharing a bit of their lives. Then comes a meal all together in the garden. Absolutely wonderful, I recommend it. You will feel like family.
