I highly recommend this cooking class. We were truly touched by the warm hospitality of the father, mother, and daughter. You also get to experience delicious Turkish cuisine; the *tarhana* soup and *bazlama* bread I made with the mother during the class were the best dishes I tasted in all of Turkey. The view the father showed us was magnificent, too. The daughter speaks English and taught us a lot about the culture beyond just the cooking. Everyone should definitely go.

AUTHENTIC AMAZING TURKISH EXPERIENCE
An amazing and authentic experience! Ayla and her husband are so kind and welcome you in their home and make you feel like family. Ayla is an amazing lady and makes everything homemade including the butter, tomato paste, and spices. She truly is amazing. She also paints beautifully!
You learn so much about cooking and true Turkish culture. It's a very hands on and fun experience. We made stuffed grape leaves and eggplant, beans, a beef dish and soup. SOO DELICIOUS ! She also packed up all the leftovers for me to take home and share with friends.
I was honestly so sad to leave Ayla and her husband. They are such kind people with big hearts and I already wish I could go back. I would recommend this experience to anyone! Very authentic and one of a kind!

Fun time and new friends
The cooking class was great - all 100% authentic and it was fun and interesting to make the food in the home which was very nice. We did everything hands on (nothing pre-made) and learned the fine details. All was delicious and we made some good Turkish friends in the process.
