It was a Comfortable ride and courteous, friendly driver. Enough room for 4 people with a ton of luggage.

Our private transfer to the cruise was fantastic. The driver was friendly, helped with our luggage, and gave some great tips. The car was comfortable, communication was clear, and we arrived right on time. Made the start of our trip completely stressfree!
My experience was excellent. The driver was well dressed, polite, and very professional. Communication was clear and respectful, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
The driver presentation and attitude were disappointing. He was not dressed appropriately and did not show the level of respect and courtesy expected in this type of service. Professionalism should extend beyond driving to include appearance and respectful communication with clients, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.

Viator booked us with Amsterdamse Taxi. Our driver called a little before our pick- up at the crowded Cruise terminal. After introducing himself he sent a pic of the car/ license no. He was on time, very professional, courteous. We would use Amsterdamse Taxi in future visits.
