We used this company for our transfer from Kraków Airport to our hotel in the city centre. The day after, we also booked a private guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau with them. This was an absolutely fantastic tour. Our driver had a beautiful car, was so professional and personable, and the drive was so smooth. The guide was so informative, sensitive and gave so many details and stories. I cannot fault a single thing and I would 100 percent recommend. Our driver Oskar was absolutely terrific!!! I highly recommend this booking. There were some things I didn’t understand and Oskar was extremely helpful making sure I had everything set up the way I needed for my family. My husband also had a bag leg and he was extremely helpful making sure he was able to do what was possible and went the extra mile. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.
