Prior to the visit date we were kept informed of timings and transport. This also included drivers names and advice on the tour itself. We visited during a very hot spell, which not only did events organisers advise us about, but the recommendation of pre ordering a lunch/food box as time is tight between the two camps. These were great value and a fine selection. The transport was modern, air conditioned with a friendly, knowledgeable driver. The tour guide was knowledgeable on all aspects visited and with a wide range of questions asked. They were also mindful of the extreme weather conditions ensuring the group were prepared and kept in the shade where possible. A humbling and sober tour, delivered in a professional manner from start to finish.

Our operator Oskar arrived punctually in a nice minivan and regaled us with information on Poland and Auschwitz en route to the Auschwitz trip. He took care of everything and entry into the museum with our private guide was very smooth! He also arranged our linch boxes and was promptly waiting for us at pickup points. Our tour exceeded our expectations! Barbara was our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the history of the Krakow Jewish quarter and Schindler's factory. She was friendly and helpful. Couldnt have asked for more. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderfully painless. Oskar picked us up right at our doorway in Krakow and delivered us safely to our guide at Auschwitz. He made sure that we had water, restrooms, etc without us having to ask. The tour experience is draining, so having a safe, comfortable ride back home was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend -Oskar is an excellent driver.

Our driver arrived timely and got us to our destination. He arranged for our tickets to the museum, and waited till our tour was over to bring us back to Krakow. It was effortless!

Everything was perfect, from the booking to the communication prior and the day itself. Oskar is wonderful and I would recommend everyone to book with him. Auschwitz is a must see, heartbreaking but eye-opening. It was drizzling when we went but the tour was efficient, well managed. Oscar was an excellent driver—punctual, professional, and equipped with a very comfortable vehicle. He thoughtfully organized our entire tour and was always easy to communicate with. Since we were on the first tour of the day, he even made sure to have food prepared for us during the midway break, which was a much-appreciated touch.
