Did the Zakopane day trip with Your Krakow Travel and it was a great day. We went up Gubałówka which has incredible views over the Tatra mountains, visited a traditional wooden village, and did a cheese tasting — the local oscypek is worth trying if you haven't had it before. Our guide knew the area really well and gave you the context to actually appreciate what you were looking at, not just the surface level stuff. Small group, comfortable transport, no faff. Solid all round.
