No one should take this tour as it does not worth the money. We were in line for three hours and hardly can see anything when we reached there. Again in on our way back, we had to be on line for one hr.
This tour is totally waste if money and energy
It is better to book skip the line one.

Dear Pampa Dutta,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback and we apologize for your experience not meeting expectations.
Let us provide some context. The tickets you purchased were for the non-prime hours. Non-prime times typically have longer waiting periods because of the high volume of visitors. This information was clearly stated during purchase, and the pricing provided considers non-prime versus skip-the-line or prime hour options.
We understand that long queues can be quite frustrating, particularly during busy seasons and that is why we recommend skip-the-line or prime access tickets.
We strive to offer the most straightforward service possible at Afeef Tourism. Your suggestions help us improve and for that, we are grateful. Should you reach out to us again, we are willing to guide you on how to adjust your itinerary to better suit your preferences.
Thank you for choosing Afeef Tourism.
Best wishes,
Customer Support Team

Atemberaubender Ausblick auf Dubai-City vom Burj-Khalifa !
Everything worked out great! From contacting the provider, to picking up and exchanging the transmitted smartphone tickets at the entrance of the Burj-Khalifa into "real tickets" made of paper.
Already on the 124th floor, visitors were offered a breathtaking view of Dubai City.
