We’re very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. Sometimes, due to the number of participants, tour timings may be adjusted, which can cause delays. These delays were communicated directly to you. Please note that our driver was waiting for 25 minutes outside your hotel as initially planned, but unfortunately, we were unable to locate you. As this trip includes a shared shuttle service, the bus has to depart after waiting a certain amount of time to ensure that other guests can also be picked up on time. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We hope we can make it right in the future.
Kind regards
Team Tripventura

Very reliable agency! And good tours.
I went on the tour 3in1 - rafting, quads and zip-line. It was a lot of fun, really long rout, full of emotions and impressions. Water battles, great company, really a lot of fun.
And the price was better than it some other agencies.
Later I took one more tour there. Something went wrong during the tour because of the driver. But Deniz (the sales manager) solved it and was exceptionally respectful, nice and helpful.
I can honestly recommend this agency because if some problem occurs they won't let you down, they will do their best to solve it.
