This was disappointing!
The description included 'unwind on the soft sands' and 'takes you inside the beautiful Damlatas Cave. We were given 25 minutes to do both of these things!
By the time we got off the cable car, we had 40 minutes to explore the Old Town and Alanya Castle!
And, to really disappoint me the 'thrilling 4x4 jeep ride through the Tauras Mountains' was a drive up the side of one mountain (all via a tarmac road) for a view over Alanya!
We didn't even get to stop 'I Love Alanya' sign!
Very disappointing final excursion of my first trip to Turkey. Not worth the money.

Dear Stuart,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that this excursion was disappointing, especially as it was the final tour of your first trip.
We sincerely apologize that the time given for Damlataş Cave, the beach area, Old Town, and Alanya Castle felt too short. We also understand your disappointment that the jeep ride did not match your expectations and that there was no stop at the “I Love Alanya” sign.
Your comments are very important to us. We will review the tour description, timing, route, and photo stops with our operations team to make sure the experience is presented more clearly and delivered better in the future.
We are sorry again that this tour did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these points to our attention.

Good but please be warned!
This seemed like a good trip to book to get out of our hotel for a change of scenery and overall myself and my partner did enjoy it, however there are a few things to note -
The jeep we were picked up in didn't look to be in the best condition, it only took one look over the drivers shoulder to realise that his speedometer didn't work so who only knows how fast we were really travelling! There aren't any seat belts in the jeep and the driver didn't mind using his phone whilst driving. I'm not sure on the laws in this country around this but it's really not something either me or my partner are used to and felt we weren't in the safest of hands...
It was nice to see the beach but we were only scheduled to be there for 10-15 minutes which wasn't long enough at all. The toilets we stopped by were chargeable too. There was mention of a cave but if we wanted to do this it was built into the 10-15 minutes we had for the beach... again, not enough time really.
The cable car and castle were good. It would have been good to have a guided tour to have more of an idea of the history of this, which I realise isn't something that had been offered with this tour anyway...
The 'I Heart Alanya' sign was good to see and some lovely photo opportunities along the way.
I'd just be wary of the drivers and jeeps used by this company

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that certain aspects of your Alanya Sunset City Tour didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
We’re especially sorry that the jeep didn’t feel up to standard during your trip. Please rest assured that all our vehicles are inspected frequently to meet local safety regulations, and we take any safety concerns very seriously. We will be following up with our driver regarding the behavior you described, as our guests' comfort and safety are our top priorities.
As for the beach and cave stop, we’re sorry you felt there wasn’t enough time to enjoy both. The visit to the cave is optional, which is why we keep the stop short, so guests who prefer to stay at the beach can make the most of that time. We’ll certainly take your comment into account as we review how to better balance the experience for everyone.
We’re glad you enjoyed the cable car ride, castle views, and photo stops—and we agree, the “I ❤️ Alanya” sign is always a hit for beautiful memories! We're also noting your suggestion for more historical guidance; it’s a great idea and something we’ll consider adding to enhance the experience.
Thanks again for your honest feedback. It helps us grow and improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for an even better adventure next time.
Warm regards,
The Tripventura Team
