We received a message at 9:27 AM telling us that our pickup would arrive at 9:30 AM. The problem: we had booked the transfer for 11:00 AM. The advertisement states that you get 5 hours in the park. In reality, the return shuttle leaves about 8 hours later. There is simply no reason to stay that long, so most visitors will likely end up taking a taxi back instead. To make matters worse, the taxi has to be taken from the Orka entrance, making the trip even more expensive. The Orka park itself is actually quite nice, and we enjoyed our time there. However, this review is about Guides Pro and the transportation service they market and organize. The communication was poor, the schedule was misleading, and the overall experience felt unprofessional. One final note: the shuttle drivers seemed to expect tips, which made the experience feel even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately, because of the misleading information and poor organization, I cannot recommend this service.
