On the boat we were almost removed because the name of the boat was not on the ticket and there are 20 of these pirate boats moored.
After all, we were allowed to come.
Trip was fun, lunch in order, the boat run down, staff friendly and the return transfer one big chaos.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the trip and lunch, but we sincerely apologize for the confusion about the boat name and the chaotic transfer. We understand how frustrating it can be, and we truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
Rest assured, we will address your points to improve the clarity of boat identification and ensure a smoother transfer process for future guests. Your input helps us to continue enhancing the overall experience for everyone. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a better experience.

The trip was okay
The trip was actually okay, the food was good, the staff was there, and really wanted to sell pictures ☺️
There was good with swimming breaks of fine length.
The boat, however, lacked a little seats in our opinion, we arrived with the last bus (not our choice), and there were very few seats left, actually only sitting / lying seats on the floor, it should be different.
In addition, I would suggest that there are tours specifically made for “young/party trips” and more family/calm trips”, as a bit of the fun went off as there were some very full who definitely had fun very loudly.

Tak for din anmeldelse.
Tripventura

Nice family trip
Really nice boat trip. For both small and large. With foam party, food and drink alibi. Stop places so there is time to get a dip and get cool down.

Tusind tak for din dejlige anmeldelse!

Ok for the price
I actually chose this company as it stated max 15 people. I didn't read anything about this being a bus collection service ... or anything about a foam party, which I tried avoiding as I travelled with my 2 children ...
Ended up on a boat with (I guess) 150 people which was what I exactly wanted to avoid. It was ok for the price but I wouldn't book again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your experience didn't match your expectations, especially regarding the number of people on the boat. We understand how important it is to have accurate information, particularly when traveling with children, and we apologize for any misinformation you encountered.
We regret that the experience wasn't what you hoped for, and we appreciate your understanding that it was a communication issue. Your feedback will help us improve, and we'll ensure that our descriptions are more precise in the future to prevent this from happening again.

Alanya boat tour
I have been on alanya boat trip, very nice, fresh and really nice environment. A good boat trip where you get the opportunity to swim, eat, drink and foam bath. There are also different types of show for example fireshow. I really recommend it and think no one should miss such kind of trip.

A nice time, but overpriced when compared to my fellow travellers.
The tour was ok, although we lost lots of time due to the 30 minute late pick up and a lengthy delay at the harbour.
What really disappointed me was that this company massively overcharged me. My fellow passengers paid €15-€20, while I was charged USD 24! So I’ll say “never again”
事業者からの返答
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent trip with Tripventura. The delays in pickup and at the harbor do not reflect our standard service. Regarding the pricing disparity, we appreciate your feedback and will take it up for consideration.
Sincerely,
Tripventura
