We did only 1 hour of rafting (in a boat of 10 people) instead of the 3 hours announced, in the company of a guide who is not one. All day, we try to sell you extras at a prohibitive price, all capped by a video (which we were forced to watch) of the most kitch charged only 35€. In short we waited all along for the other tourist boats, and multiplied the breaks on the bus ride in places in the middle of nowhere, which made the day last 10 hours, for a single hour of activity.

Rafting is great fun, captains fantastic, waiting not so much.
The actual rafting part is great, the "captains" are fantastic and I would give them 5 stars. However be warned, you will spend a lot of time waiting for other groups who have picked the dune buggy and quad experience. After a 8.50 pick up, we didn't get in a raft till 13.30. So where it says group of 15. It's more like 50. As I said if I could just rate the guys running the rafts, 5/5, but the waiting is tedious.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the rafting and found our captains fantastic. Your positive feedback about the rafting team is much appreciated.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the waiting time. As it is high season, there can be additional delays due to the number of participants opting for multiple activities like dune buggy and quad experiences. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we are improving our scheduling to minimize these delays.
Your feedback is valuable and will help us enhance the overall experience for our guests. Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again with a more streamlined experience.
