Okena was absolutely amazing, very informative from the very beginning. Diane was very rude when it came to the ATV, instead of explaining everything from the beginning we were greeted with a negative attitude. Never did they say hey sign up with us then at your appointment you will do an orientation for the ATV. She never said anything.

Our entire family loved the excursion. With all activities being at one location, each person could do exactly what they wanted but we could still participate as a family. The staff was all welcoming, funny, and entertaining. I would highly recommend this excursion.
It was my first time doing everything except the party bus and I had a ball. I was scared to drive the 4 wheeler and one of the workers saw me get off and asked me what happened and I told him I was scared to drive it. So he offered to drive me and I had the best experience of my life. Thank to Troy for making it possible.
Odain from bamboo rafting, belly from the safari and giovanni from the zipline are all absolutely amazing and did a wonder job.
Horseback riding was fun, I was really upset that the photographer did not capture my picture of me in the water with the horse as she was too busy focused on taking pictures of the kids that were in front of me, as this was an experience I wanted to capture. I was highly upset that I had to pay $10 extra for the limestone rafting as I watched other people come up to the desk and did not pay the extra $10 for the rafting, as I paid $20 to cover my friend who didn’t have it ( I am requesting my $20 refund). The rafting was very unorganized as we had a set time to go and had to wait 30 minutes before starting our limestone rafting massage. Staff was not helpful when asked how to book the times for the set excursions, he just pointed to the phone instead of giving us guidance on how to choose the excursion and time.
