Had a wonderful time the tour guides are amazing and lots of fun. I had a great time. The falls was scary but also adventurous. The boat rude was very nice The entertainment was awesome The DJ was great The workers love what they do it was a well spent day.
This was really one of the best trips I have taken and I have traveled to a number of islands. The guides were amazing, there was so much to do, and the price was one of the best value's you will find. I could not find a single issue with the trip. The crew was fun the boat was really nice. There was lots of downtime to actually relax and I do not think we ever felt rushed. Dunn's River Falls is a must see on the island and this trip has to be one of the best ways to see it.
We booked the Dunn’s River Falls and Catamaran Tour at our resort. Chukka Tour company was who collected us. Maybe it was me but it started mediocre and stayed that way. Pickup was slightly late. Road construction held us up but felt like this was not the first day of it, so they should have been more conscious of the time. Then all have to get off the bus at the Chukka location to hand over slips and sign waivers. Multiple buses and chaos of people. Waste of another hour and this could have done in an email or document online. But how else does one sell water shoes and e expensive snacks? Back on the bus to the Falls. Still traffic. Once we arrive, load personal stuff on the catamaran and sign another waiver. Told to leave everything, head to the beach and, surprise, sign another waiver. So I guess there is no insurance in the paid price after all. The greatest gift of this trip was the guide going up the falls - Martin. He was amazingly helpful. The boat trip after was okay. Water and rum punch served or buy beer. Snorkel at the reef for a bit. Back to shore to eat at another not expected place. After a forced walk through souvenir stalls, we were led not to a great local place but Margaritaville. We had a not happy waitress serving us. There is no beverage included with the meal and we were offered tap water or buy a bottle. I should have investigated more, as later I was told tap water is okay to drink, but the waitress couldn’t even be bothered to explain. When finished we were told to meet the bus at the entrance going back as we came in. We avoided all the shops and walked the quick path out. Drive back had the driver get into a dispute with a passenger. I would recommend the type of day trip but not this company.
It was an amazing and outstanding event from start to finish from climbing the Falls with the guide, Mr. Ward to the captain and crew who took a snorkeling, give us the best catamaran ride of our lives and show us a wonderful time while being professional the entire time

This was so much fun and a great value! The Climbing up the Dunn's river falls from the beach was amazing! The ride in the catamaran was so much fun. We saw colorful fishes by the reef and the crew was great!
Very nice experience with my family and friends. I will definitely come back with more friends in future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion. The crew, and the activities were well worth the money. Everyone was energetic and hands-on when my husband was nervous to get in the water. They even escorted him via life raft so that he felt comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!!! We left exhausted and happy
