Overpromised and Underdelivered – Absolute Rip-Off Do not waste your money on this tour. It was advertised as a luxury Amalfi Coast experience covering Positano, but once we were on the water, the skipper refused to go to Positano, claiming it was "too far away” and there were not a plan in place. It was only after I complained that we were taken to any some spots or offered the Prosecco that was supposed to be included. Having to argue with the crew just to receive the basic service promised at booking is unacceptable for the premium price paid. Complete bait-and-switch. Avoid.

Nice day on the water. The port in Positano was crazy busy and took about half an hour to get back on the boat. Captain was accommodating in pick up and drop off at an alternative dock

Good excursion to see the Amalfi coast with convenience. 5min walk from ship to boat. We stopped at Positano, had a lunch with a nice view and then went swimming at a freshwater waterfall. Only issues were waiting around to get on or off the boat.

Read the bad reviews and believe them. They absolutely do not care about your time, and their communication is terrible. I booked this tour a week in advance and never received any confirmation or meaningful details until I reached out to them myself. The entire day before the tour, I had to hound them down, calling and messaging them just to get basic confirmation. I contacted them **four separate times** in one day, specifically explaining that I only had two days in Amalfi and needed to know whether the tour was actually going to happen so I could plan my itinerary accordingly. Despite this, they repeatedly assured me that the tour would go ahead. Then, **20 minutes after the scheduled departure time**, they cancelled it due to “not enough people” and immediately tried to upsell me on a private tour costing **€900+** after I told them well beforehand that I don't want a private tour. At that point, I wasn’t even surprised because the exact same thing had happened to multiple people in the reviews. I genuinely wish I had listened to them. I even contacted Viator to try to get help mediating the situation, but unfortunately that wasn’t much help either. I kept getting reassured that everything was fine, despite the operator continuing to handle the situation terribly. This company seems to thrive in the grey areas of policies and absolutely does not prioritize the customer. If you have limited time in Amalfi, **do not risk booking with them.** The lack of communication and last-minute cancellation can completely derail your plans.

Traveled along the Amalfi coast and visited very beautiful coves and beaches.

Unfortunately, this tour was a very disappointing experience. While the staff themselves were nice and friendly, the organization was extremely poor. The tour started over an hour late, which is frustrating when you’ve planned your day around a scheduled excursion. There were also very unclear meeting instructions, making it difficult to know exactly where we were supposed to go and who we were supposed to meet. We had to spend unnecessary time trying to figure out where to even go. For a tour advertised as a “Luxury Amalfi Coast Boat Tour,” I expected much better communication, and organization also this isn’t a “tour” it is a boat ride. It’s very misleading. The staff being nice was the only positive part of the experience, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the significant delays and misleading advertisement . I would not recommend this tour, especially if you are booking it as part of a cruise excursion where timing is extremely important. This is clearly a tourist trap and I would recommend a different vendor besides “boatvibe” if you read the reviews on Google you will understand. Hopefully this helps others in their excursion booking process.

Captain Max and his first mate Pete were extremely accommodating. We were taken to several swimming areas, which were amazing. Also we were taken to a good restaurant and more swimming. It was the best memory of my vacation.
