Our Dole plantation tour was great. The guide was a great driver and helpful. We enjoyed all the stops we made - especially the one at the coffee farm. This was a great option for us as we did not rent a car to get around.
Booked with Hawaii Super Transit for a round trip to Dole and the North shore as we have hired cars on previous holidays and just wanted an easy relaxed trip. Our driver Marvie made it a fun day and was very informative. We stopped off first at a coffee farm for morning tea before arriving at the Dole plantation. Had the delicious pineapple whip and a ride on the train then off to the North Shore Macadamia Nut company for some samples and shopping. Haleiwa North Shore next for lunch. Locals were cooking BBQ chicken which was great and then we walked down to the food trucks for some shrimp, was a bit of a wait but worth it. Then back to Waikiki with plenty of time to spare. Great valve for money.
Great history from guide. Enjoyed the stops. Half day tour. Basically paying for the bus ride because everything costs. Clean, air conditioned bus, comfortable ride. Not too great for young ones.

Once in a lifetime venture. You will not be disappointed.. 2nd time visiting, major changes but the venue is still the same.

The Dole Plantation was an excellent experience, great for kids and adults, and lots of fun with the delicious Dole whip! We also visited the Green World coffee farm - a quick stop but lovely coffee, and the North Shore Macadamia Nut Company also a quick stop but great Macs! Lunch at the Haleiwa Town centre was also good, but make the effort to get down to the shrimp trucks! All in all a good day out with an entertaining and knowledgeable local guide
The driver was awesome, very informative. The stops were all good, had plenty of time at each one. Not enough time to do everything at Dole, but enough to do at least two things. Great shopping at Dole too!

Comfortable bus ride, several interesting stops, good timing at each stop. We did the rattly train and the garden at Dole plantation, and bought coffee at the macadamia farm.
