バーリ発のアルベロベッロ、モノーポリ、ポリニャーノ – プーリア エクスペリエンス

We enjoyed the tour very much. Alberobello and Monopoli are beautiful. Our tour was moved from Monday 28th to Tuesday 29th September which was the day we were moving on to Polignano a Mare. We were told we could bring our suitcase and end the tour in Polignano. We would have thought as a gesture of goodwill given that our tour was moved that a free of charge pick up from our hotel in Bari would have been nice but we were told it was too far and it would be an additional 30 Euros. We agreed as it would have been too difficult to get there by bus and on foot with a suitcase. We were also disappointed that we paid our driver Andres another 30 Euros to get from the centre of Polignano to our hotel on the outskirts. Andres called his friend to come and collect us in his tuk tuk. We have since gone into Polignano and returned to our hotel via tuk tuk and it has cost 10 Euros per journey. Left us feeling ripped off by this tour company and although we enjoyed the tour we would not book with them again.

First I was contacted to see if we could change the day (we couldn’t) and then we were asked to start an hour later, which was fine. However, the driver was late so we ended up leaving the meeting place even later (30-40 minutes) We had too much time in Monopoli (3.5 hr) and the whole tour was too long - 1.5 hour longer than advertised which made for a long day that we didn’t necessarily want (on top of being late to begin with) We did not get much info at all about the towns we visited (other than some food recommendations) or usual tour chit chat as we drove. The places that we went were lovely and our guide was kind, but it was not my favourite tour

Nice day out with knowledgeable guide

Great day! This was a great tour because you had independent time to spend in each of the three towns. The guide gave you some sightseeing and dining tips before sending you off for exploration.

It was important to have good cellphone apps for getting messages because departure information changed. Also wasn’t clear what trip would include. Large group does not go to Monopoli. Guide in van, Andres, was fabulous. He pulled off road to let us climb to rock Belvedere for panoramic view. Time in Alberobello and Polignano a Mare was just about right. Both places had lovely scenery and interesting historical backgrounds. We did not get a print or digital guide.

This tour is exactly as advertised. It's very good. You see all 3 towns over 8.5 hours. The van is air conditioned well and Andres was a great driver! Just be aware this is a LONG day, especially when it's hot. Out of the 3 towns we could have skipped Monopoli. We did the optional 30 min boat tour for €20 only to find out there's really absolutely nothing to see in the 15 Min out and back trip. Additionally, if we had waited until we got there and paid the boat directly, it would have been €10. The boat leaves every 30 min if you really wanted to do it. Lesson learned. We had a full van and were very fortunate to have great people with us! If you want time I each place, this is the tour for you! Just too much for the 8 of us.

There was a change in the route because of a political demonstration in Alberolelo, making it impossible to reach the city. It was previously informed giving the option of a refund, with trips to Matera, Altamura, and Polignano a Mare.

Little confusing at pick up location. Once with driver the trip was great. Just enough time in each spot. I would recommend.

This day trip was a nice way to see several of Puglia’s charming little towns, and Alberobello was definitely our favorite. We just wish we could have stayed there longer! Overall, the itinerary was a perfect introduction to the area and a convenient way to get a taste of each town. Unfortunately, the transportation was a terrible part of the experience. Francesco, our driver, was on his phone the entire time, so we couldn’t even ask questions if we wanted to. We also felt unsafe in the van because of his driving. The day itself was enjoyable, but the lack of information and uncomfortable transportation really took away from the experience.
