We so enjoyed our private tour of Hampton Court Palace and the logistical planning and considerations that were made on our behalf. Rowan, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and created a delightful experience through his finely tuned selection of items and areas of the palace to highlight, and through the historical context he provided. We especially enjoyed viewing the castle through the eyes of its many inhabitants and the influence of the Tudor queens. My adult daughter and I had a wonderful experience with the “London Highlights Tour” 2 years ago and opted for 2 tours on our recent visit. We loved both the “Costwolds Villages Tour” with Monica and the “Hampton Court Palace Tour” with Chris. Monica and Chris were knowledgeable and fun guides. We are not big shoppers and were able to fit in 4 Cotswolds villages which were all so beautiful and charming. Since we could freely roam around Hampton Court Palace and the amazing gardens, it did not seem crowded at all and was definitely worth visiting. Thank you again Gio!

I hired Gio at private London tours for our family trip to London during Thanksgiving week. My two teenagers (15 and 13), my wife and myself. We did four tours and they were all great. The service from this company is great and Gio was very good at communicating with us at all times. We strayed at the Shangri La at the Shard. This is History shown at its Best and we would come back tomorrow if we could, even 3 hours is not enough and there is so much history seeped in the past that has to be told to new generations and we really want to know more about the 6 wives of Henry the 8th

We had a private day trip to Windsor reserved but had to change at the last minute due to its closure because of the Queen’s passing. Gio contacted us immediately and suggested visiting Hampton Court Palace instead. We are SO glad we did. The palace and gardens are amazing! Our guide, Chris was fantastic. He has a lovely personality and is not only extremely knowledgeable about the property, but also about London and many other subjects as well. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the day. I never expected to see as much as we did. We got very lucky...not only was it a perfect summer day, there was only the two of us. Ollie took us all over London. We saw all the highlights with even time for a pint of beer. Ollie was very knowledgeable and made learning history fun. I think we walked a little more than a 10K so bring your best walking shoes (since there was only the two of us we walked more than the typical tour as we are fast walkers).

We booked a small group tour but we were the only couple that arrived. Kudos to the company for not cancelling! Gio was an excellent tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the history of London, personable and full of humor. Recommend highly.
