済州市西光茶園に隣接するオソルロク茶博物館は、お茶と韓国の伝統茶文化を広く紹介、普及するためにAMOREPACIFICが2001年に開館した韓国初のお茶博物館です。お茶の博物館、自然に優しい休憩所、お茶を使った美味しく多彩なメニューが楽しめるカフェスペースからなる、東洋と西洋、伝統と現代が調和した文化空間です。
ヨンモリ海岸は、龍が頭を上げて海に飛び込むように見えることからその名が付けられました（韓国語で「ヨン」は龍、「モリ」は頭という意味です）。何千万年もかけて堆積してきました。見た人が思わず感嘆の声を上げてしまうほどの神秘的な海岸の風景。海岸の麓にはハーメル記念碑が建っています。この記念碑は、韓国とオランダの外交関係を強化し、ヘンドリック・ハメルの献身と努力を記念して、1980年4月1日にオランダ大使館と韓国財団によって設立されました。
火口中央の噴石丘とその環状凝灰岩からなり、その口ともいえる松岳山の深さは69メートルあり、活況な姿を完全に保存しています。これまで外部の訪問者には知られていませんでしたが、考古学的な理由から、最近では有名なツアーコースの一部となり、多くの細い道がそこに続いています。松岳山は、中国侵攻中に日本の前線作戦基地として使用され、決勝戦の最後の防衛線でした。第二次世界大戦の数時間。飛行場、格納庫、高射砲の遺跡が点在しており、海岸崖の下には15の海岸壕があり、そのうち4～5つは自然に腐敗して転落の危険がある。海岸を利用して造られた洞窟であり、保存価値が高い。崖に面しており、溝は海辺に位置しているため、素晴らしい海の景色を作り出しています。
주상절리(柱状節理の断崖) 済州中文リゾートは、美しい自然の景観だけでなく、国内外の観光客に対応する数多くのエンターテイメントや便利な施設にも恵まれています。済州国際コンベンション センターの近くにある柱状節理の断崖は、海岸線に沿って走る巨大な岩柱が目を引く光景をもたらします。
済州オルレトレイル7コースの起点であるウェドルゲは、海からそびえ立つ高さ20メートルの石柱です。海の上にぽつんと立っているので「ウェドルゲ」と名付けられました。 「将軍石」「おばあちゃん岩」とも呼ばれ、元王朝との戦いの際、崔永将軍がこの岩を将軍のように飾り、敵を自滅させたという逸話が残っています。 「グランマ・ロック」という名前の由来については、以下の伝説を読んでください。目に見える岩だけでなく、海の民を待つ済州島の人々の暮らしも見ることができます。 これらの石柱は火山の噴火時にできたと考えられています。周囲の岩が波に侵食され、強い岩だけが残った煙突状の石柱を科学用語では海スタックと呼びます。ウェドルゲ山頂には松の木が自生しており、美しい印象を与えます。見る方向によって違った表情を見せ、自然の美しさを感じることができます。
済州島の南半分全体を含む西帰浦市は、日照量が多く気温も温暖で、一年中多くの観光客が訪れます。多くの人が訪れる観光スポットの 1 つは、済州島の三大滝の 1 つである正房北浦滝です。水は崖から 23 メートルの高さで真っすぐに落ち、プールに流れ込み、その後海に流れ込みます。正房北浦滝の後ろの崖の上にワルジョン アート ギャラリーがあります。このギャラリーは、数十年前に済州島に定住した韓国人アーティスト、イ・ウォルジョンに捧げられています。ギャラリーには済州島の美しさを独自の方法で表現した彼の感動的な作品が溢れています。戦略的なロケーションとガラス張りの 2 階からは、海の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。

Mr. Hong was very helpful and conscientious about picking us up everywhere we went. Although his English was a little limited, he definitely tried to tell us key features of the island and pointed us to all the best spots. The driving itself was very smooth and the van was very comfortable.
