I cannot say enough about this experience that we had with Max and Alberto. From start to finish it was amazing from the wine the food and the beautiful views of San Gimignano. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a personalized intimate evening. Max taught us so much about wine and Alberto cooked fabulous food.
It was a really great experience. You learn to know the wines very well through a super explanation from the sommelier. He completely takes you into the experience and lets it come across well through his way of telling it. The food was incredibly delicious and certainly in combination with the tasty wines. Besides that, the view was incredibly beautiful in itself. If you are in San Gimignano, this experience is definitely recommended.
The dinner was amazing with my friend. I was shocked to see it was only us and not a group. They should state that it is private sunset.

Diogo and Daniella hosted an amazing dinner and wine tasting. One of the highlights of our trip through Italy! Diogo’s knowledge of wine pairings was truly educational and very much appreciated. He took his time and provided a tour of the location including the wine cellar. Then we were escorted around the corner to a wonderful villa for our dinner and wine tasting that overlooks the Tuscan countryside. Overall an amazing evening and would suggest any visitor who wants to experience an exclusive home cooked meal paired with wonderful Tuscan wines. Thank you both again!
We experienced an exclusive and private dinner in a fantastic atmosphere. Michael our sommelier was awesome. He explained in great detail about the various olive oils and wines we tasted.
It was beyond expectations! The dinner is private and very romantic. Sommelier Valentino was very nice and he shared his knowledge about wine, vinegar and oil in a fun, relaxed way. He presented us the history of their winery and served us with amazing food, wine and other products. We were encouraged to experiment with different combinations and to share our experience so our personal tastes would be catered to perfectly. The villa that hosts the dinner is very tastefully renovated and tucked away from tourist crowds giving the evening a very authentic homey feel. At the end you are also given the chance to buy or order to ship the products you liked. All in all a perfect evening!
Amazing wines and amazing food, each selection made to complement an exquisite dish made with local ingredients. Our Somelier Diogo was very knowledgeable and so nice! He spent hours toasting, educating and telling us stories. It was one of our favorite evenings im Italy and Tuscany

We have never encountered a more undersold experience than this one. This was a 1-2-1 experience with our host Diogo, who spent 2+ hours sharing his vast knowledge of Tuscan wine, oils and vinegars in a villa owned by the group Diogo works for, Poggio ai Laghi. The villa and views simply amazing. The local wines were a plenty, the balsamic vinegars a totally knew sensation and the after dinner dessert wine just superb. Our host Diogo was so knowledgeable, so prepared to listen and understand our own culture and to enlighten us about the Italian way and to get the most out of this experience. Totally blown away as to this experience after another provider had let us down last minute. On top of this a 3 course meal was served up totally complementing the wines and vinegars we shared.
