Bonjour, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire et je suis sincèrement désolé(e) pour la mauvaise expérience que vous avez eue à Sintra en août. Les foules et les longues files d’attente peuvent malheureusement rendre la visite très compliquée à cette période de l’année. Cependant, après vérification de nos réservations, je ne trouve aucune visite en français à votre nom et je n’ai jamais eu l’occasion de vous accueillir en tour ni de vous conduire. Il est possible qu’il y ait eu une confusion avec une autre agence ou un autre prestataire. Quoi qu’il en soit, je vous souhaite de pouvoir résoudre la situation concernant votre demande de remboursement et j’espère que vous aurez une meilleure expérience lors d’une prochaine visite au Portugal.
