This tour from Istanbul to Pamakkale has been the highlight of our vacation. Yasmin, our tour guide, made it interesting and memorable. She was a sport in hiking with us at our request all of the visit to Hierapolis, which is quite hilly.

The whole day trip from Istanbul to palmukkale was a wonderful experience right from hotel pick at 4 AM till we got back to the hotel in the night. Every aspect of our trip was well organized Our drivers, guides were so nice knowledgeable & we had a very nice experience. Highly recommend this.

Disappointed. All the thermal mineral pool were dry except for 2 that were full of tourists and the water was white. If you are going to Pumakkale thinking that you are gonna see blue beautiful pools then this trip is not for you.

My wife and I had such a wonderful time on this tour. It was a long journey from our Istanbul hotel and back but it all went smoothly and well worth it. Our tour guide was amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this tour!

The most amazing part of this tour was experiencing the thermal hot springs and their beauty. Nothing I have ever seen before. The blue waters against the limestone terraces are just breathtaking.

Our hotel was 10 min from the IST airport. We're picked up on time at 5 am and dropped off at the airport in a nice van. Tour was just okay with stopping by at the red hot spring for a few min (not interesting), and some hiking in Hierapolis that you have to pay 200 TL for entrance. And you have a chance to walk in the very crowded pools of cotton castle or pay 110 TL and swim in Celopatra pool (strongly recommended). Lunch was the worst I had in Turkiye. Stone shop was useless but I think they get paid by them. Return flight had almost 2 hrs delay and they got our ticket to SAW airport that's 1 hour away from the hotel. We got to hotel at 11 pm. Very tiring and low quality. Oh try the paragliding too it was totally worth it. Will cost you $100 USD.

Surreal place. A great trip with lots of history, great sites and the best part was that the airport transfers and flights were booked by the tour company so we had no issues and it was a hassle-free trip. Definitely a must-see if you visit Turkey!

Beautiful breathtaking sights but with a few issues. First of all our shuttle there had to stop to ask for directions. Then we knew we were supposed to pay for the entry tickets but the listed price when we booked was increased by about $20 each to which the guide said “inflation.” Then once we got there the guide also charged us to swim as well. The pool was beautiful but not for swimming as the columns were death traps for your feet. The guide was lousy he wouldn’t answer any of the tour guests questions and would snap at attendees. We went and got our suits on and told him multiple times we wanted to swim and he would say “you don’t want to be here? You don’t want to swim?” And snap at everyone. Finally guests started snapping at him. So the area, amazing, the guide was a big downer.

The whole tour from start to finish was fantastic. All bookings from tour guide to transport was very professional and on time. The service responded promptly to every question we had before and during our trip. Tour guide was considerate and informative and did not promote tipping. No hustling.
