Thank you for sharing your feedback. We certainly understand how disappointing it can be when you’re hoping to see wildlife and the animals stay out of view during your particular tour. We do want to provide some context for future guests. We specifically chose to operate in the Salt Run because of the abundance of dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, and other wildlife that frequent this beautiful natural habitat. The many photos and reviews shared by our guests reflect why this wildlife experience is named and offered as it is, and wildlife continues to be seen regularly on our tours. If there were more we could do to ensure these animals were present during every tour, we certainly would, but they are wild and free-roaming, which is also what makes seeing them in their natural habitat so special. Our role is to provide an educational and informative experience of the local ecosystem and history while giving guests the opportunity to observe the dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, and other wildlife that frequent the Salt Run. However, we never guarantee wildlife sightings because their movements and behavior are entirely outside of our control. We truly wish the wildlife had been more active during your time with us and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

We certainly understand that you were hoping to see dolphins and manatees as well. Our Dolphin, Manatee & Sea Turtle Adventure takes guests through the natural habitat where these animals are commonly found, but because all of the wildlife we encounter is completely wild and free-roaming, sightings can vary from tour to tour. Our guides always do their best to locate as much wildlife as possible, but we can never guarantee which animals will make an appearance on a particular day. We're glad you were able to experience some of the wildlife highlighted on the tour and that you enjoyed your time with your guide.
