Very easy pickup, driver was waiting outdoors right outside of baggage claim. Vehicle was nice and the air conditioning worked well. Driver spoke English and was very friendly.
Thank you so much for your kind review! I’m really happy everything went smoothly from the pickup to the ride itself. We always try to make the arrival experience easy and comfortable after a long flight. Hope to see you again in Egypt soon!
This is a very reliable transfer company - immediate follow-up upon booking, clear instructions, clear information about driver and pick-up. Everything is smooth and seamless. Do order a pick-up. Luxor taxi ride could be problematic.

I decided to book a private transfer through them, and it was the best decision. The driver was waiting for me at the arrivals hall with a sign with my name on it, which was a huge relief given how busy the airport can be. The car was clean, spacious, and the driver helped me with all my luggage. If you want a smooth, door-to-door experience without any stress, go for a pre-booked private pick-up.

It was scheduled for 6:15am but he was at the hotel by 6am! Nice to see someone show up early at the hotel doors, especially when my mind was getting ready to deal with the airport process.

Driver didn't speak good English, but overall experience was great. He waited us at the airport and sent us to our hotel safely.
