An experience you must have at least once in your life.
An incredible experience that you must have at least once in your life, it is impressive to see the whale shark, the experience is for all ages, I went with my 8-year-old son and he enjoyed it a lot, it doesn't matter if you don't know how to swim or are a beginner, you are accompanied the whole time and have a guide, a great experience, the service from Khalil is highly recommended.

Transportation is an issue
The experience itself was cool. The guides were good. You get to go out in pairs to swim so you are taking turns with everyone- it is not the whole group at the same time. There was no light breakfast or refreshments in the beginning. After swimming you are offered a sandwich, water/pop. There is no alcohol provided. Civiche lunch after swimming. I will say our pick up situation after the excursion was confusing and a mess. We were not told any details about our pick up after. It was an hour before we were picked up.

A lot of waiting time
Transportation is a joke. We waited 30 minutes in the morning and an hour after our activity. There is no breakfast, beer, wine, coffee or tea. You are only in the water for maybe 10 minutes with the whale sharks. You go in groups of 2. You never actually go to isla mujeres just the water in front of it.

Communication is...
Communication is terrible. They cancelled the tour without letting us know, and we waited for half an hour. They ignored all forms of contact from us: messages, call, and email. No reason given, our entire day was a bust because at that point other tours were no longer accepting reservations.

Terrible communication
Unfortunately our trip was cancelled so this review is not related to the trip itself. The review is based on the terrible communication from Concur. They failed to communicate that the trip was actually cancelled. I ended up phoning the night before (8:00am start) and was then informed the trip was cancelled. We had come all the way from the mainland to Isla Mujeres just for this trip. They also had not cancelled the trip officially with Tripadvisor until I phoned trip advisor to get a refund. Basically a shambles.

This was amazing todo! Was a long boat ride a lot of people on our boat got sick. About an hour ride out to the whale sharks. Was amazing to see the whale sharks though! There are a lot of people around the sharks with you since all the tours go around them as well. Was still amazing though

Awesome Experience!
Had a great experience with this crew. Put us right on the whale sharks, and manta rays. There were so many in the area it made finding them easy. At the end of the trip we anchored off N. beach, swam and had fresh made ceviche. The trip was a 10/10 for me.

The driver everyone would like
Filiberto was fantastic! In addition to being a wonderful person he also helped us to define the itinerary giving us many interesting ideas. Traveling with Fili we always felt safe and had a lot of fun. Being a Mayan he also explained many curiosities about the local culture and helped us find local economic guides who organized private tours in our language. If I go back to Mexico, I'll contact him. It was a wonderful acquaintance!!!

Needs better organization.
The tour was a little disorganized. The communication was a little bit off. The transportation showed up late did not understand that the boats would gather all in one place with tons of people in water. Very chaotic and there was not alcohol included in tour as stated on ticket. The upside was we did see two whale sharks and the crew was nice. We stayed on isla mujeres and took ferry back to Cancun. So did not use the round trip transportation.
