Never travel with this company
Absolutely messed service. Unable to contact driver and they not understand to give out car registration number so you don’t have clue what you supposed to look for, I have to run around to chase Wi-Fi to get in touch. Honestly I like to refund my money as it was very stressful experience.

The Best Service.
Recently, my spouse and I went on a cruise.for 5 days. The travel agent booked Miami VIP & Car Service for us from the hotel to the port, then port to airport. We were extremely impressed with how seamless the process was. The company communicated via text in a very clear manner regarding times of pick up. The driver, Christian F., was very courteous and kind. He was prompt and professional but also did not forget the human side of business by conversing with us while safely driving. We are already planning our next cruise and without no hesitation, will book with Miami VIP and Car Service.

If you need the perfect ride in south Florida do not hesitate to use VIP Limo and Car Service. The communications prior to pick-up were perfect. Our driver, Manuel, was fantastic. We would definitely use them again. Bravo.

Easy, reliable transport from Port Everglades
Great experience from booking to arrival at the airport. Our driver was prompt (actually early which was perfect), easy to find, and very professional. The cost is less than taking the cruise ship bus to airport, and way more comfortable. We highly recommend.
