A total scam by your contractor: first I received in the morning the confirmation to pickup at 10am and drop at 5 pm. Then in the middle of the day it forced me to pay extra $281 dolls or else stop my transit to the airport with eight grandchildren and 16 pieces of luggage. I will dispute the charge.
This was an amazing way to spend the morning. We really appreciated the history and beauty of the grounds at Vizcaya. Little Havana was a fun place to stop and have lunch before heading to the airport. And our driver Leonardo was so great!

Definitely not worth the money paid. The driver hardly spoke. Didn’t respond when we spoke to him half the time, gave minimal information as we drove and was not engaging. We paid for an extra hour and got dropped off at the airport half an hour early, so that money was wasted And the company was dismissive of the issue.

Stellar service from a super knowledgeable and friendly driver (Mickey). We were able to see several areas of the city from a comfortable vehicle equipped with everything we needed.

The driver, Sebastian, was very nice and good driver. We had booked a tour of Miami, but his instructions only said transportation so he was very surprised when he found out we were expecting narration. He drove us to see the sites throughout Miami area and shared what information he knew of the area. Our three hour tour was enjoyed by our party of ten. Unfortunately it rained hard for 2 1/2 hours.

I considered thia tour a smart option since my family and I arrived from an early flight from san francisco, it gave us the option to see a bit of miami before boarding our cruise, our driver took us to have a quick breakfast in little havana and later to the museum
