I booked the Eiffel Tower flying dress photoshoot for 300 euros which included a package of 10 photos. Unfortunately, the whole experience left me stressed and very disappointed. The photo quality was not what I expected for the price. Most of the photos were dark and our faces were not clearly captured, which is the main thing you want from a couples photoshoot. Eiffel Tower had a fog and it was unclear. After the shoot, the photographer sent an email with login credentials to their platform but there were no instructions on how to select the photos or how the system worked. When I opened the link and started going through the photos to choose my favourites, the platform counted every photo I viewed as a download. After 10 views, I was locked out and could not see the rest of the photos. I was only browsing to make my selection, and I had no idea the system worked this way. Most of what I viewed were similar photos in the same style, which the photographer could easily check. When I raised this with the photographer, she refused to help and asked for an additional 100 euros just to look into it. She did not accept that the lack of instructions caused the problem, and she was not willing to find a fair solution. I spent a lot of time planning this shoot and was really looking forward to having beautiful memories from Paris. Instead, I ended up with photos I cannot properly use and no support from the business. If you are considering booking, please ask in advance exactly how the photo selection platform works, and make sure you get clear written instructions before opening any gallery link. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this photoshoot.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, weather conditions such as fog and low light are beyond our control. Regarding the gallery, the selection and download instructions were clearly provided in the email. Simply viewing a photo does not count as a download — photos must be selected and the download confirmed. We use Pic-Time, a widely used professional platform for photo delivery, and we have not encountered this issue before. We always aim to provide a smooth and positive experience and are sorry that, in this case, you were left disappointed.
