We are sorry to hear that you and your wife were unable to make it to the fireworks cruise because of the difficulty finding parking. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were already trying to get to the boat and were looking forward to enjoying the evening together. While we cannot control parking availability or traffic around Waikiki, we certainly understand how quickly those challenges can become stressful when you are trying to make a scheduled departure. Our cruises operate on a set schedule, and unfortunately, we are not able to delay departure for guests who are still making their way to the marina. For future guests, we always recommend allowing plenty of extra time for parking, traffic, and walking to the departure location, particularly on Friday evenings when Waikiki can be especially busy. Arriving early can make the check-in process much more relaxed and help ensure there is plenty of time to find parking and get to the boat without feeling rushed. We are genuinely sorry that you and your wife missed the cruise and did not get to experience the fireworks from the water.
