We were not able to make the experience as it wasn not made clear the boat was leaving at 2:00. From the confirmation email and the Viator site, it said 2:00 time and we ordered an uber to be taking us to the marina to get there 10 minutes early. We are on our honeymoon and trying to make the most of our time here but the service experience was poor.
There was no empathy and the only solution provided was to be rebooked to another time slot. As I understand we do not want to delay others, they informed us they would not be able to take us while we were in the car. When we arrived at the marina before turning around to the hotel, the group was still standing outside!!
After having no semblance of understanding from the two people we spoke to, unfortunately we are just going to have to eat the cost of an experience we booked for a once in a lifetime trip. I’m sure it wpuld Be fun if you were an hour early but don’t be even a minute late or you will be met with no sort of nicities. Would recommend going on one of the 20 other boat/snorkelling experiences

For all reservations, the required check-in time and departure information are provided in the confirmation email once the booking is completed. Guests are required to check in prior to the scheduled departure time so our crew can complete the necessary check-in and safety procedures before boarding. Because our tours operate on a set schedule and involve other guests who have arrived on time, unfortunately, we are unable to delay departure or guarantee boarding for late arrivals.
Our team did offer to rebook you to another available time slot so that you would still have the opportunity to enjoy the experience. We understand that this may not have worked with your honeymoon plans, and we’re sorry that the alternative did not meet your needs.
We also appreciate your comments regarding how the situation was handled. Regardless of the circumstances, we always want our guests to feel that they are being treated with kindness and understanding, and we will share your feedback with our team.

Amazing crew and experience
The captain was funny, it was nice and relaxing, the crew was awesome. Definitely recommend this for family's.they also provide drinks and snacks.

Highly Recommend!
We saw several turtles from the boat, but I didn't see any while I was snorkeling. There were lots of fish near the back of the boat where they were feeding them. This was only a few days after Hurricane Lala and the water wasn't super clear, but it was still a great time! The slide and diving platform got alot of use! Our particular group was only about 50 people and that felt like a great number where isn't wasn't too crowded.

Fantastic water experience
The crew is fantastic. The whole experience is well managed and fun!! I lost my glasses in the water (forgetting I had them on) and one of the crew dove down and retrieved them! Can’t say thank you enough to the whole crew. And the mai tais helped a lot!!totally recommend this excursion. You won’t regret it.

Disappointing
This was a disappointing activity! The inflatable water slide (which was half the reason we chose this) was not able to be used; we were told once out at sea, it had a hole in it. We should have been informed about this before getting on the boat. The snorkeling location was less than average, very choppy seas, minimal fish. I would not recommend this activity. Spend your money elsewhere!

Safety always comes first at Go Hawaii Watersports. On this particular trip, our crew discovered an issue with the inflatable slide once we were underway, and the slide was immediately taken out of service rather than risk anyone’s safety. We understand, however, how disappointing it was to learn about this after boarding, and we’re sorry for the frustration that caused.
We also want to share that this is the only time the slide has malfunctioned since we launched this tour more than two years ago. While unexpected equipment issues can happen, we know that doesn’t make the experience any less disappointing for our guests.
We’re also sorry the snorkeling conditions and marine life didn’t meet your expectations. Ocean conditions can vary from day to day, and unfortunately, we can’t control the weather, currents, or where the fish choose to be.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will continue working to make every Go Hawaii Watersports experience a memorable one.

Fun time for everyone, guides earned their tips!
Guides were awesome and would point out the turtles when they were close to the surface. Lots of snorkeling with fish, jumping off of the inflatable cliff, and slide. The kids had an absolute blast and it was so memorable!

No slide, super disappointed kids
The boat and staff were fine, but very disappointed that they decided to tell us once we were already at the destination spot that the slide was popped which means they already knew before we left the dock. Also, there was no flotation mat out, so basically only 2 of the 4 included activities were offered.

We would like to clarify what happened that day. Our team discovered an issue with the slide shortly before the tour was scheduled to depart. Once we identified that the slide was not operating properly, we made the decision that it could not be used. While we understand that it was frustrating to learn this once we reached our destination, we never want to put our guests in a situation where an activity is not safe to operate. The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority, and we will always choose safety over operating an attraction that has a mechanical issue.
We also understand your frustration regarding the flotation mat. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as we want every aspect of the experience to meet the expectations we set for our guests.
We are glad to hear that you found our boat and staff to be fine, but we are genuinely sorry that the unavailable activities took away from what should have been a fun and exciting day on the water. We hope you can understand that the decision regarding the slide was made with your family's safety in mind, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
