A disastrous experience from start to finish – Agency to avoid! We had a catastrophic excursion with this agency and we will never use them again. Here is how our day went :Unjustified financial pressure: From the start, the driver insisted that we pay an alleged "remaining balance." We had to insist and show our receipts to prove our good faith. He harassed every passenger in the same way. Flagrant and unjustified inequalities: We discovered along the way that one person in our group of 7 had been invited for free by the driver. Worse yet, this same person was able to go quad biking for free, because the driver also gifted them the quad bike. Mediocre restaurant and food poisoning: The lunch meal was excessively expensive and of very poor quality. Result: I was violently ill and spent the whole afternoon in the bathroom, which prevented me from continuing and enjoying the excursion. Aggressive behavior from the driver: To top it all off, the driver demanded extra money from us for the guide. He lost his temper and argued very aggressively with other customers on the trip. He gets angry way too quickly. The lack of professionalism, the financial scam, and the staff's lack of respect are unacceptable. I strongly advise against this agency. There are other agencies that are much more reliable and offer the same service for less!

We booked a trip Ourika Valley with meeting point at 9:00 in Marrakech. Communication was not the best and the planning of our trip was flawed, but we got there in the end.
