We met at the meeting place in front of the cruise terminal. There was a representative from the tour company that met us. He then walked us across the street to meet Greg, our tour guide and bus driver. Greg is an excellent driver and knowledgeable guide! Very informative and funny!
The meet up place outside the Vancouver Port was very busy and chaotic, so keep an eye out for your tour operator (in our case, NOT Viator, but rather an outfit called "LandSea" I think)
We boarded the bus and then had to wait for late passengers for 20 minutes even though were told leaves at 10. Tour was ok, would not do again.
This tour is a fabulous option after a cruise when waiting late afternoon or evening flights home. You get a nice tour of Vancouver with a knowledge guide/driver with plenty of time to visit sites. Drop off at the airport could not be better.
We could not locate the tour operators, called Viator and asked for help and they did nothing g to help, numerous attempts were made from the cruise departure up to the street level to locate the tour and we could not. We asked for a refund as well. Absolutely the worst excursion experience.
We were very impressed with this Tour. Our Driver, Rodrigo, was knowledgeable, easy to understand, friendly and helpful. The tour itinerary gave us time to enjoy the historic sites we visited. Rodrigo provided a great deal of facts about the city of Vancouver as he drove. We believe this was one of the best Viator tours we have taken.
Very informative tour. Very enjoyable . Stanley Park was beautiful and the stop at the public market was amazing
Greg was delightful and very informative. Great to be picked up from cruise and dropped at hotel afterwards however the pickup location and handling of luggage to get there was a bit draining. Otherwise totally enjoyable tour
This tour was the perfect ending to our Alaska cruise. Same was an excellent tour guide. He was very friendly and helpful.
Great way to see some of the city snd be dropped off at our hotel. Derek went above and beyond to give us a great tour!
