The worst tour operator service! 1) The HOHO Bus audio was not working 2) The bus driver did not announce the stops until midway, and the top deck does not hear. 3) The crew were telling people different times of bus departure back to the ship. They said the last and only trip back is 2pm. The tour started at 10am. With the rain and congestion, we went around once, forgone the canal cruise, did not get off, did not a decent picture. Did not want to miss the 2pm bus. But they lied, there were buses that left at 3:40 that al.ost missed the ship departure. It was a mess. I want a refund! A letter to Viator coming.

Scam! Everything else is better than this. Purchased combi tickets by a man with a scout on his head at Skreppsbron. When we paid, he said the next boat was less than 5 minutes away and we ran everything we could to reach it. When we arrived we were told that the boat was not for our ticket. Get informed that the next boat for us arrived in half an hour by another lady. We waited an hour without any boat coming! We talked to a third person selling tickets. She had "heard rumors" that there did not go any Hop on-hop off boats that day. When we asked for a refund, she advised us to wait an hour (!) to make sure there were no boats. Because she wasn't quite sure :-D. Really incredible...

A worse luck than expected. 3/10 at 2 pm we left Kungsträdgården. The bus driver drove over the pedestrian crossing when the pedestrians had green man. He drove very negligently throughout. We barely understood what he was saying when he called out what the next stop was called. The pre-recorded information with information about Stockholm was even worse than the driver. Choose another company!!!!

Prices are expensive and crowded in the bus or boat, often without being able to get a seat... to be avoided absolutely.

Terrible audio quality in the bus - we tried at least 6 different connection points and could not make out a thing that was said because of the static/interference. That’s really the only point of taking a tour like this, to hear about the sites you are seeing - otherwise may as well just walk around not knowing what you’re looking at. Bus was overcrowded (many were standing and didn’t even have the privilege of not being able to listen to the crummy audio) on a hot day and had almost zero ventilation. I understand the lack of air conditioning, but at least if there were windows that could be opened?? Total waste of money. Pick another tour.

Purchased our trip over dinner so we could use the whole next day ⁇ big plus Comes large parts of the city around also the harbour😁 But it would like to sail further into the scourge ⁇

Horrible sound quality on bus. Mediocre seat comfort too, and competitor has better offer all around with two routes vs one for stromma, and practically same price. However good, friendly personell.

Comparable to other experiences…we stayed on for entire route…so no waiting. Exactly as expected…good overview of city and interesting facts

We did the round trip in the morning. The sound system only worked in the second half. The driver came up and slammed the roof open, then shut and opened it again. He also drove like a maniac! We tried a second bus in the afternoon. Good driver - no sound system at all, and no explanation or apology.
